The complete production system

Everything around the printer, from one supplier.

A printer alone doesn't build houses. Mixing, pumping, extrusion control, and software decide whether printing is production or an experiment. We engineer the printers — and integrate the best proven equipment around them.

Mixing & pumping

MAI®MULTIMIX — mixing and pumping in one machine.

Our systems ship with the MAI®MULTIMIX by MAI International (Austria) — a machine that replaces a separate mix station and pump with one unit. Patented mixing tools produce a consistently homogeneous mix, and a self-regulating water system holds the water/dry ratio constant: the variable that decides whether layers bond or fail.

An agitator in the pump hopper prevents segregation and stiffening between passes; feeding works from bags, big bags, or silo.

Add-ons

Auger HP & Mixcell HD

The Auger HP extruder ships matched to your printer. The Mixcell HD is an optional add-on — accelerant dosing and color injection for printed layers in integrated color.

Auger HP stainless steel extruder for concrete 3D printing

Auger HP (Stainless Steel 75)

Direct computer control over material flow and retraction. Stainless steel housings and nozzles, powder-coated aluminum upper — built for cementitious abrasion. Ships matched to your printer.

Mixcell HD accelerant and color injection unit

Mixcell HD (2K/Color)

Injects accelerants and coloring additives during printing with precise computer control — one accelerant pump and one colorant pump included. With Sika 2K materials (Sikacrete®-752 F 3D) material transitions almost instantly after leaving the nozzle: complex overhangs and small cross-sections print nonstop, with no waiting between layers. Color injection tints the concrete throughout — no painting afterward. Pairs with 1K materials like Sikacrete®-733 W 3D for color-only injection.

Materials

Printed with Sikacrete® — a partnership beyond supply.

Sika develops and tests its 3D-printing materials with us in our Palm City facility. Our systems ship tuned for two proven printing mortars — and remain material-agnostic for geopolymer blends and machine-compatible dry mortars.

Sika
733 W 3D

Sikacrete®-733 W 3D — the structural workhorse

One-part, fiber-reinforced micro-concrete with an extended interlayer open time — the layer bond stays optimal across long structural prints. Max grain 3 mm, layer heights of 6–20 mm, and 7,300 psi (50 MPa) compressive strength at 28 days. Contains recycled material for a reduced CO₂ footprint.

Best for: housing-scale walls and long continuous prints.

752 3D

Sikacrete®-752 3D — detail & warm climates

White printing mortar with slower setting engineered for hot weather — a natural fit for Florida job sites — and a finer 2 mm max grain for smoother surfaces and crisper detail on architectural work.

Best for: architectural elements, smaller structures, high-finish work in warm climates.

Both are one-component dry mortars — fed to the MAI®MULTIMIX from bags, big bags, or silo, with water dosing self-regulated by the machine.
